Scene Through the Screen
Scene Through the Screen is a striking visual art exhibition of new work exploring the screen printing process to celebrate the stories of Jinibara artists – the Traditional Custodians of the mountains, valleys, and hinterlands of the Sunshine Coast.
Curated by prominent Jinibara artist Jason Murphy, the exhibition explores the intricate connection between people and place.
Scene Through the Screen is a declaration of the significance of connection to Country that Jinibara creatives embody – an offering of deeply embedded practice, showcasing that culture is alive and evolving and that, in this aliveness, we find culture, truth and thriving arts and cultural practices.
Exhibiting Artists
