Calling all artists, makers, dreamers, doers, business minds, big thinkers, and everyone in between. Horizon Festival is shaped by the people who live here. That means creators and audiences across the Sunshine Coast.

Got an idea you want to explore for future festivals? A project you are dreaming up? A question about how to get involved in Horizon Festival? Or maybe you are a Sunshine Coast local who wants to share what you want from a cultural festival in your community.

Great. Because our Festival Director, Bec Martin, wants to meet you.

Every Thursday for four weeks, Bec will be setting up across the Coast for open conversations. It is a space for connection, creative thinking, honest conversation, and community insight. This is your chance to pitch an idea, get advice, share feedback, or simply have a chat about how creativity can thrive here.

It is relaxed, welcoming, and open to absolutely everyone. Your voice matters in building a festival that reflects and celebrates this region.

You don’t need to bring anything, just yourself. Check out the weekly locations and book a slot.

Sessions are from 1–4pm and for 30 minutes each.
