BIG NOTER is an all-new project from Aboriginal Australian icon BRIGGS, a proud Yorta-Yorta/Wurundjeri/Wemba-Wemba man from country Victoria.

Having spent the past 15 years touring extensively across Australia and Europe, headlining shows, playing major festivals and supporting legendary artists such as Body Count, Ice Cube, MF DOOM, Ghostface Killah and Pharoahe Monch, BRIGGS is tapping into his hard-core, punk and metal roots, with a full live band in tow trading hip-hop beats for riffs in a return to the heavy sounds he grew up on.

Working with acclaimed engineer & producer Nick Didia (RATM, Pearl Jam, Bruce Springsteen), BIG NOTER released their first single ‘Identity’ in April before debuting their live show supporting legendary Rage Against The Machine guitarist Tom Morello on his Australian tour.

This performance captures that momentum, opening the Festival weekend with energy, craft and a raw, driving sound anchored in power and lineage.
