welcome to our festival hub

Introducing the wonderland Spiegeltent — a large travelling tent, constructed from wood and canvas and decorated with mirrors and stained glass.

Uncover 10 days + nights of cabaret, circus, dance, family performances and music at the Wonderland Spiegeltent.

Maroochydore (well, Cotton Tree) is the home of our festival hub this year — The Wonderland Spiegeltent.

(If you haven’t seen a spiegeltent before, it’s a large travelling tent, constructed from wood and canvas and decorated with mirrors and stained glass.)

Aside from from this big, wonderful, tent we will also have a garden space where you can relax, eat your weight in food trucks, enjoy a glass of vino, entertain the kids with workshops, or have a boogie to DÉ SAINT.

Here’s the Wonderland spiegeltent line up

CIRCA’S PEEPSHOW

This show has just been added! Join Circa as they embark on a seductive dance through the hall of mirrors that is your imagination, Circa’s Peepshow lurches from the thrillingly acrobatic to the comically playful. Expect teetering towers of balanced bodies, extreme bending, beguiling burlesque, and devilishly precarious aerials.

steven oliver: bigger & blacker

Just the mere mention of a Steven Oliver show already has me cackling. If you didn’t watch Steven being outrageously sassy (and sexy) on the ABC’s Black Comedy, I command you to do so at once. His latest comedy cabaret promises rapping, singing and some good-ol’ booty shaking. I simply can’t fault this combo.
