Now - Fri 19 Feb: 40 Under 40 Exhibition (Cooroy)
After last year's wildly successful exhibition of the same name, local artists and curators Amanda Bennetts & Prudence Swann have again brought together 40 local artists under 40 from the Sunshine Coast, Noosa and Gympie Regions to create this exciting showcase of our local young professional and emerging artists.
Tue 2 + Tue 9 Feb: No Lights, No Lycra (Caloundra)
NLNL is back with their regular Tuesday nights of dancing in the dark. Some go for fitness, while for others NLNL is like meditation, therapy and an exercise in letting go. Either way, head along and dance your heart out in a judgement free (and completley dark) space.
Wed 3 Feb: Artist Talk with Susan Schmidt (Online)
Join Caloundra Reginal Gallery in conversation with Susan Schmidt, an artist whose works are contemporary and figurative with subtle abstract elements and surprises.
Wed 3 Feb: Esteban at Your Mates + Mexican Night (Warana)
Esteban is a South American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Argentina who plays acoustic guitar with a loop system adding, bass, percussion, harmonies and catchy guitar licks and solos. He is bringing the best latin music vibes to the crowd who pile into Your Mates for their Mexican Night.
Thu 4 Feb: Ocean Art From Naomi - “Sip and Paint” (Maroochydore)
Come and join OAN Artist Naomi or a unique experience of 2.5hrs of creative fun and laughter, whilst painting and scribbling the time away with splashes of colour.
Sat 6 Feb: Encaustic Wax Painting Masterclass with Cheryl McGannon (Cooroy)
Here you will experience a ‘hands on' exploration into the seductive medium of encaustic hot wax, oils and pigments, learning and experiencing an exciting emerging art form whilst creating your own small abstract artworks along the way.
Sat 6 Feb: Spinner Ring Workshop (Nambour)
Learn how to make a sterling silver 'Spinner Ring' featuring a range of different textures and metals (brass and silver) as well as decorative elements such as flowers etc.

Head along to Spicers Tamarind Retreat and listen to the smooth sounds of jazz in their rainforest fringed Maleny oasis. Dine on a delectable long Sunday lunch at our award winning Asian infused restaurant and take in the tranquil sounds of our jazz band from 12 - 3pm.

Let's get physical! From aerobics to the electric slide, step back in time as we step you through some 80's dance crazes. We'll teach a series of easy, repetitive routines which will get you dancing like it's 1987!
