The globally renowned REMIX returns to the Sunshine Coast for Horizon Festival 2017.
The REMIX Summits series takes place annually in London, New York, Los Angeles, Dubai and Sydney and explores the intersection of culture, technology and entrepreneurship. A radical, innovative approach to cultural sector planning and development, exploring sustainable, viable and entrepreneurial solutions.
REMIX Academy Summit brings together thought leaders from across different industries to tackle the big ideas shaping the future of the creative industries and the creative economy.
REMIX arrives in the Sunshine Coast for the second year running this September, now an annual event exploring best practice in creative place-making.
The one-day conference hosted at USC invites national and international experts to provide insights on topics including:
How can the arts can influence and shape urban development projects?
How we think about holistic place-making when thinking about the infrastructure of cities?
Is the growth of a creative city largely organic or can we engineer it through tools such as policy and investment?
